Off to the Smithy!

Every six weeks or so (referring to the average horse), a horse has to have his shoes reset - a blacksmith can do this. How does a smithy reset a horse's shoes? Well, he does these things:
1. Takes the shoes off.
2. Trim the hooves.
3. Put the shoes back on.
If a horse's shoes start to wear down and get thinner, they'll need new shoes. The shoeing of new shoes not only has the expense of getting the shoes, but it also costs more than that of just having the shoes reset to put the new shoes on.
The bottom of a horse's hoof being held up - there's the horse shoe!
